Delete your account

1.Delete in the app

First, cancel any subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
  1. 1Open Vimuk.
  2. 2Go to Profile.
  3. 3Tap Delete account.
  4. 4Confirm.

2.Delete by email

If you cannot open the app, email support@vimuk.in with [CONFIRM: how we identify the account]. We delete it within [CONFIRM: 30] days.

3.What is deleted

  • Your account and all its server data: profile, check-ins, goals, Arena sessions, usage events and push tokens.
  • We ask RevenueCat to delete your customer record, on a best-effort basis.
  • Everything on your phone, including the cached photo.

4.What we cannot delete

  • Google Play purchase and order records.
  • A Google Play subscription. You must cancel it yourself first.
  • The RevenueCat copy, if our delete request to them fails.
  • Supabase backups and function logs, until they expire ([CONFIRM: Supabase backup and log retention]).
  • Messages held by Expo, QStash and Firebase, under their own retention.
  • The Google account permission. Remove it in your Google account settings.

5.Timeline

  • In the app: your account and server data are removed when you confirm.
  • By email: within [CONFIRM: 30] days.
