What is Vimuk?
A habit-support app for adults 18 and over who want to stop gutkha, khaini, mawa or zarda. The Craving Arena is free and works offline. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
How do purchases work?
Through Google Play. The 90-day and 7-day passes are one time, with no auto-debit. The monthly plan renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play. We never see your card or UPI details.
How do I get a refund?
If the app is not helping within 7 days, email support@vimuk.in with your Google Play order number. See the refund policy.
Is my data private?
Your account is anonymous. Your name, pledge and photo stay on your phone. Read the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, Delete account. Cancel any Google Play subscription first. See Delete account.
