1.What Vimuk is and is not
Vimuk is a habit-support tool. It helps you resist urges and keep track of your progress.
Vimuk is not a medical device. It does not give medical advice. For medicines or nicotine replacement, ask a doctor or pharmacist.
2.Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use Vimuk.
3.Your account
The app creates an anonymous account with a random ID. You can link a Google sign-in to back up and restore your data. You are responsible for your phone and your Google account. See our privacy policy for what we store.
4.Plans and payments
Payments are handled by Google Play Billing. We never see your card or UPI details.
- 90-day pass: one time, no auto-debit.
- 7-day pass: one time, no auto-debit.
- Monthly plan: renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play.
5.Refunds
If the app is not helping within 7 days of purchase, you can get a full refund. See our refund policy.
6.Acceptable use
Use Vimuk for yourself and within the law. Do not try to break, copy, overload or misuse the app or its services.
7.Our intellectual property
The Vimuk name, logo, app and content belong to [BUSINESS NAME]. You may use the app for your own personal use only.
8.No guarantee of results
Quitting depends on many things. We cannot promise that you will quit or stay quit.
9.Limits of liability
Vimuk is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app or from being unable to use it.
10.Ending use
You can stop using Vimuk at any time and delete your account.
11.Governing law
